Expiration: Your Personal Account is good forever! It never expires.
Shipping: We do not restrict your freedom to select shipping methods by forcing you to choose one to save as part of your account. You will have the option of choosing different shipping methods with each order you place.
Security: You have the option of "saving" credit card information with your Personal Account. This information is not actually stored on our site/server - it is stored securely off-line in our office.
Flexibility: Once you create your account and provide us with complete payment details, you have total flexibility when making future online purchases. Please note that you must provide your complete credit card number on your first order. Future orders will only require the last four digits of your credit card. If you want to use the card we have on file, just verify the last four digits of the card when checking out. If you want to use a different card to pay for your purchase, our standard payment information screen allows you to fill in all the new card details.
Note: Baby Club Memberships and Online Personal Accounts are two separate features.
- We will not automatically create a personal account for you once you become a Baby Club Member. You can create your online personal account by following the instructions provided at the checkout, next time you place an online order.
- Your Baby Club Member status is NOT stored with your online personal account. If you decide to become a member, or if your membership expires, you can still use your Personal Account and all your online orders will reflect the correct pricing and totals - just check the appropriate box on the order form where it asks "Are you a Baby Club Member?".
