Paper Gift Certificates and eGiftCards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Paper Gift Certificates purchased at Babycatalog.com can be applied to online orders. A maximum of two eGiftCards or Gift Certificates can be applied to a single order. eGiftCards and Gift Certificates can be applied towards the price, gift wrap, shipping and/or tax charges for eligible items.

eGiftCards, Paper Gift Certificates and credit cards may be used for payment on a single order. If an eGiftCard and credit card are used, we will charge the eGiftCard first and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card. Payment details will be defined on your order confirmation.

Paper Gift Certificate amounts will be verified offline and applied to online orders separately. Your invoice total will be adjusted offline as necessary and you will be notified of the difference via email.

Every eGiftCard has a unique code. To redeem an eGiftCard, enter the code during checkout. To redeem a paper Gift Certificate, enter the 4 digit gift certificate number during checkout.

The dollar amount of your eGiftCard is automatically deducted from the total charge of your order. If there is a balance left over, you can use it towards your next purchase. You can view the balance of your eGiftCard here.

The dollar amount of your eGiftCard or Gift Certificate purchase does not count toward your merchandise total and will not be taken into account to reach the $99.00 free shipping minimum.

eGiftCards and Paper Gift Certificates do not expire.
