What happens if an item on my order is out of stock?

We make every effort to keep products in stock or ensure a reliable supply from the manufacturers. Occasionally, however, we may be out of stock on an item that you've ordered.

If an item is out of stock, we will email you after the order is processed in our office.

If the out of stock item(s) on your order totals $10 or more before shipping charges, we will backorder the item(s) for you and ship the product(s) when available (unless you elect to cancel the items or choose a different item/finish/fabric).

If a backordered item(s) totals less than $10 and your order total is under $50, the item(s) will be cancelled from your order when the in-stock items ship. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you will try to order the item again in the future.

If you don't want the backordered item cancelled, we can place it on a separate order with a separate shipping fee and ship the item when available.

If you receive an e-mail about a backordered item, please get back to us as soon as possible by phone or email to let us know what you would like to do.
