I forgot my personal account user ID and/or password. What do I do?
You can retrieve your personal account password IF you know your User ID. If you forget your password,
but know your User ID, use the password reminder feature on our order form. It is located directly below
the area where you would enter your User ID & Password to checkout.
If you do not remember your user ID you will have to create a new personal account. Please be sure to "write down" your personal
account user ID and password while you are creating your new account to avoid any future problems.
