I forgot my registry key number. What do I do?
If you created your online registry on or after 4/4/01, you can retrieve your registry key right on our website.

If you created your online registry prior to 4/4/01, please use our
Customer Service Form.
Choose the "Baby Registry" category and send your request to us. Once your email is received, your
key number will be retrieved and you will be emailed back your key number.
