How do I assign my associate members to my Baby Club Membership?
Once you purchase your one-year or three-year Baby Club membership plan you are allowed to assign three associate members
to your account who will also be eligible for the Baby Club discount.
To assign your associate members, fill out our Customer Service Form.
On the form, you will see a list of categories that includes "Associates". Choose associates from the list and enter the names, addresses, phone numbers and relationship to the child
of the people you wish to add. Also, please include your full name or the full name of the Primary Club Member when it was purchased. Associate member requests are normally processed within 48 hours from the time your request is received. If there are any problems in processing an associate member request, you will be emailed.
