What if my order states "not calculated" for my shipping method?

There are a few reasons why your order will state "not calculated" after your order has been confirmed. If your order is shipping to a post office box or an APO/FPO address, shipping charges are calculated off line and will be emailed to you for approval once your order is received.

Your order will also state "not calculated" for your shipping method if you do not choose a method from the list of choices. If your order is to ship via UPS and you have forgotten to choose your shipping method, your order will be processed and you will be emailed regarding your invoice total with shipping included. At times, we will hold an order if the amount of shipping charges changes the order total dramatically. At that time, we will email you what the actual shipping cost will be and the revised total for your order. We will not process an order on hold until we receive an email response approving those charges.

Your order will also state "not calculated" if you choose Next Day Air, Two Day Air or Three Day Select as your shipping method. Next Day Air, Two Day Air and Three Day Select are special shipping methods that require approval for shipping charges before the order can ship. If you choose one of these methods, you will receive an email stating the amount of shipping costs for that particular service and the request for approval of those shipping charges. We will NOT process or ship a special shipping method order until we receive approval from you by email. Please be sure to provide an accurate email address so that we can reach you. Also, please remember that Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered shipping days and if your order is placed on one of these days, you will receive your email on the next business day to approve your shipping charges.
