Error Messages At Checkout / Internet Explorer Users
If you are using the Internet Explorer browser, you may experience problems connecting to our secure server at our online checkout.
If you receive a "Page cannot be displayed error", or other connection errors, please try clicking the "back" button on your browser and then hitting the "continue" checkout button again.

Data Deletion - Vista Internet Explorer Users
If you are using the Vista Operating System with Internet Explorer 7, please be aware that there is a glitch with this system. This glitch can happen all the time or intermittently.
Problem: When users are on a web site and another window (same browser, pop-up, other program) comes up, this action then erases data that is being carried through our site. This action can affect our Gift Registry, Wish List, Saved Checkout Account, Saved Cart, and Doll Shop Clubhouse Accounts. Please note that this does not affect the security of the web site, but may affect your order if this happens.
Solution: As Microsoft does not have a patch/fix for this issue yet, it is recommended that Internet Explorer 6 or a different web browser is used (firefox, netscape, etc.).
For Safari Browser Users
If you are using the Safari browser, you may experience problems when attempting to order through our online checkout.
It is recommended that you download the latest version of Safari from apple.com.
