How do you ship?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service within the Contiguous 48 States. US Postal Service is used for all orders shipping
to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico). (See USPS Shipping Guidelines Below)
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the items on your order. For the Contiguous 48 States, basic shipping of UPS Ground, USPS Postal Service (to a physical address), and FedEx Ground, shipping is calculated
at .60 cents per pound. Each product page will state the ship weight so you can estimate your ground shipping charges. Your shipping charges will be calculated during checkout as well. Ground Service shipping charges do
not include orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico).
USPS Shipping Guidelines: All orders shipping outside of the Contiguous 48 States (such as Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories) will incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted via email regarding your actual shipping charges and orders will be processed once the charges are approved. Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International only. Order shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico) will be sent via USPS Priority Mail only. Any duties or taxes for Canadian shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by the local postmaster. All USPS shipping charges are estimated and will be adjusted at the time your order is shipped. Please be sure to provide a correct email address on your order. Orders will not be processed or shipped if charges are not approved.
Oversized or restricted items are unable to be shipped outside the Contiguous 48 States (lower 48). Oversized or restricted items include, but are not limited to, select Baby Jogger, Bagboy, B.O.B. Strollers, Britax, Boon, Colgate, Combi, Compass, Cosco, Dreamer Design, Dutailier (all), Evenflo, Graco, Inglesina, Joovy, Kelty Kids, KidKraft, Melissa and Doug, Mountain Buggy, Orbit Baby, Peg Perego, Phil and Ted, Quinny, Recaro, Simplicity, Stokke and Zooper products.
A Standard Shipping Fee of $5.95 will be applied to all orders (online, via the phone or fax) shipping Ground Service within the Contiguous 48 States where the merchandise total is less than $49.00. This $49.00 limit excludes gift certificates and Baby Club Membership purchases. This shipping fee will not be applied to Gift Certificates or Baby Club Membership purchases.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, we offer guaranteed expedited shipping services for an additional charge. Expedited shipping services are only available for orders shipping to a physical address within the Contiguous 48 States. To ensure that your order ships the same day, we must receive your order by 2 PM Eastern Time. Once your order is received, an approval email will be sent detailing your shipping charges. Shipping charges must be approved before orders will be processed and shipped. We ask that you be sure to include a valid email address when ordering so that we can contact you regarding your shipping charges.
"Ships from manufacturer": Some items may ship directly to you from the manufacturer of a certain product. When ordering a "Ships from manufacturer" product, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery. The "Ships from manufacturer" note will be indicated on product page(s).
Excluding any Special Orders or Items Not In Stock (Backorders-See Backorder Policy Below), please refer to our time in transit map to estimate Ground Shipping transit time. Transit Time is in business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Please allow additional time for orders shipping outside the Contiguous 48 States.
Although we try our best to keep all of our products in stock, occasionally an item will not be available when an order is placed. Most backorders are filled and shipped within approximately 2-3 weeks. At times, there may be a manufacturer delay on a certain product. When this happens we will add specific information on a product page (for example: Available December 2006). Unlike other companies, we will actually place your order for this "out of stock" item and will ship it as soon as it arrives to us. Please note that your credit card will be
charged in full on the day your order is received and processed, unless otherwise specified.
We are sorry, but we do not currently ship orders overseas. However, if you have an address that we can ship to within the Contiguous 48 States, we will be happy to process your order.
"Free and Flat Rate Shipping Policy" applies to Select Items using Ground Shipping Service within the Contiguous 48 States only. Free Ground Shipping offers do not apply to any item/order shipping outside the Contiguous 48 States, including, but not limited to, orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam). Free Shipping does not apply to bulk orders.
For any orders that are placed using our Saved Shopping Cart feature, special shipping offers will apply only during the promotional time period. If orders are placed after our promotion ends, the special offer will not be valid. All orders will be verified and adjusted accordingly offline.
BabyCatalog.com assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of such fees will be applied to the customer credit card used on the original order.
We reserve the right to charge the customer any costs incurred in changing the shipping address on an order after the package is in transit. A minimum fee of $5.00 will be charged for address corrections.
If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal, even if the order is placed during a free shipping or other special promotion. This policy does not apply to any merchandise that is received defective or damaged.
