Submitting A Price Guarantee During Checkout
To submit a price guarantee request during checkout, simply enter the web link of the product page from where you found the item for less. Once verified you will be contacted via email. If it cannot be verified, you will be contacted before your order is processed. Please be sure to include a valid email address when placing your order.
Babycatalog.com guarantees the lowest price on everything we sell. If you find an item elsewhere (before or within 30 days of your purchase from babycatalog.com), you will be eligible for our "110% Low Price Guarantee" program.
Here's how it works:
In addition to guaranteeing the lower price, we will add 10% of the difference between the two prices to your refund!
Member and special pricing prevail.
The item must be the identical product, including model, year, color, fabric, packaging, manufacturer, etc.
The price you wish us to guarantee must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current.
Babycatalog.com will only guarantee prices with other authorized vendors.
The competitor's shipping and handling charges must be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price.
Price guarantees will not be honored on "Going out of business", "Liquidation Sales", companies in distress, or auction sites.
"Gift-with-purchase" offers cannot be considered in the price guarantee calculation.
Competitor's coupons or promotions for first time or one time use will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee.
BabyCatalog.com cannot price guarantee any competitor who is not in compliance with the manufacturer's pricing policy.
Low Price Guarantee excludes earned reward (ex: ebates.com), use of credit card discount or commission-based programs.
Price adjustments are limited to one price guarantee per item within the 30 day period.
If you are a Baby Club Member, in some cases the lowest price available will be your Member Price. In this case, you will receive the Baby Club price, being the lower of the two.
