Submitting A Price Guarantee During Checkout
To submit a price guarantee request during checkout, simply enter the web link of the product page from where you found the item for less. Once verified, the order will be processed at the lower price. If it cannot be verified, you will be contacted before your order is processed. Please be sure to include a valid email address when placing your order.
Babycatalog.com guarantees the lowest price on everything we sell. If you find an item elsewhere (before or within 30 days of your purchase from babycatalog.com), you will be eligible for our "110% Low Price Guarantee" program.
Here's how it works:
We guarantee the lowest price by adding 10% of the difference to your price adjustment!
We will beat the price at the time of your order or up to 30 days from the date of your order.
Member, coupon, sale and special pricing prevail.
The item must be the identical product, including model, year, color, fabric, packaging, manufacturer, etc.
Item comparison includes the same shipping method. The competitor's shipping and handling charges and any applicable sales tax must be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's total price.
The price you wish us to guarantee must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current.
The request must be for at least $1.00 difference in price and the competitor must be advertising the item in U.S. dollars.
Babycatalog.com will only guarantee prices with other authorized vendors.
Price guarantees will not be honored on "Going out of business", "Liquidation Sales", companies in distress, limited time/limited quantity deal sites or auction sites.
"Gift-with-purchase" offers cannot be considered in the price guarantee calculation.
Low Price Guarantee excludes earned reward (ex: ebates.com), use of credit card discount or commission-based programs.
Price adjustments are limited to one price guarantee per item within the 30 day period.
BabyCatalog.com cannot price guarantee any competitor who is not in compliance with the manufacturer's pricing policy.
BabyCatalog.com reserves the right to deny any price guarantee on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria of our Price Guarantee Policy.
If you request a Low Price Guarantee at the time of your order, the price will be adjusted (once verified) and you will be charged the lower price.
If you request a Low Price Guarantee after an order is shipped, you will receive an eGiftcard for the difference.
