We cover all purchases with a 30 day money back guarantee
- Please open and inspect all items upon receipt. Any damages must be reported within 7 days. See Shipping Policy.
- All
returned items must be in the original condition w/ packaging, literature,
warranty, and registration intact. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice
stating the reason for return.
- Email or
call us to obtain your return authorization number. Include your RA# on the
shipping label only. Packages
without an RA# will be refused by our warehouse. Do not write on the box or the product packaging.
- Return
shipping is at the customer's expense. Shipping fees will not be
refunded. For your protection, you may wish to insure the package when you mail
or ship it back to us. BabyCatalog.com is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any
returned merchandise.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to items sent with Free Ground Shipping. Any items being returned that are over 30 days from the date received are subject to a store credit refund upon approval. All items being returned within 30 days, must have a Return Authorization number on the mailing label.
- Software, DVD's, CD's, books, eGiftCards, Gift Certificates (read the policy here), Special orders are not returnable.
- For health and hygiene reasons, personal items such as breast pumps (with the exception of Ameda brand pumps), breast-feeding items, nursing bras, nipples, pacifiers, diapering, bathing and potty items, mattresses/pads, etc. cannot be returned once opened.
- Free Gift Offers: If returning an item that included a free gift, please include the free gift with your return. If you choose to keep the free gift, your account will be charged for its value.

- Items
that are received with shipping damage will be replaced with the same item at no
charge. If no replacement is desired, regular return guidelines will apply.
- In the unlikely event that you have a problem with a product, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the product before contacting us. Most of the items that we sell are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If no replacement is desired, regular return guidelines will apply.
The majority of manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the consumer to provide the fastest and least troublesome solutions. They will be able to determine if replacement parts or a replacement product needs to be sent.
- Colgate products: Babycatalog.com will service these warranties directly. If you experience a problem, please contact our customer service
department. Under these warranties, the consumer will assume responsibility for the shipping costs incurred for returns and replacements.
