Ordering online is simple. Just review the Glider models in the Chanderic collection by Shermag. Select a rocker MODEL, choose one of the FINISHES associated with that model and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout. All Shermag rockers and ottomans are SPECIAL ORDER. There are NO cancellations or returns on Special Order items. IMPORTANT NOTE: Once your order is submitted to Shermag, we are unable to make any changes to the model, finish, or fabric.

All Shermag products ship via UPS Ground within the United States. BabyCatalog.com is unable to ship Shermag items to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or any US Territories. Please note that it is up to the delivery driver whether or not to leave this item at your door. Signature may be required for receipt of any Shermag product. If signature is required, this is not able to be changed. In these cases, arrangements will need to be made with UPS for delivery. In addition, if the order is unable to be delivered and is returned to us, there will be a re-shipping fee in the amount of $90.00.
