*Free Shipping over $49.00 applies to all orders shipping via our Ground Shipping Service within the lower 48 states. Free Shipping over $49.00 does not apply to any orders shipping via Next Day Air, Two Day Air, Three Day Select service. Free Shipping over $49.00 does not apply to any orders shipping via the US Postal Service, including but not limited to APO/FPO, PO Box, Puerto Rico, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam addresses. This special offer does not apply to select Colgate items, select KidKraft items, select Kolcraft items, Gift Certificates or eGiftCards. If items are added to a saved cart or online registry, items must be purchased prior to the end of the special offer in order to receive free shipping.

  • How do you ship?

  • We ship via FedEx or the US Postal Service within the Contiguous 48 States, at our discretion.
  • US Postal Service is used for all orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico). (See USPS Shipping Guidelines Below)

    USPS Shipping Guidelines Shipping Outside The Lower 48 U.S. States:

  • All orders shipping outside of the Contiguous 48 States (such as Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Protectorates, APO/FPO) will incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted via email regarding your estimated shipping charges and orders will be processed once the charges are approved in writing.
  • Please be sure to provide a correct email address on your order. Orders will not be processed if charges are not approved.
  • A minimum shipping fee of $7.95 will apply to all orders that must be shipped US Postal service due to shipping location.

    USPS Shipping Guidelines Shipping to Canada

  • All orders shipping to Canada will incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted via email regarding your estimated shipping charges and orders will be processed once the charges are approved in writing.
  • Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via USPS Priority Mail International only. Any duties or taxes for Canadian shipments are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by the local postmaster.
  • Please be sure to provide a correct email address on your order. Orders will not be processed if charges are not approved.
  • A minimum shipping fee of $7.95 will apply to all orders that must be shipped US Postal service due to shipping location.

    Next Day Air, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Select Options

  • If you need to receive your order by a specific date, we offer guaranteed expedited shipping services for an additional charge. Expedited shipping services are only available for orders shipping to a physical address within the Contiguous 48 States. We are unable to ship expedited service to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Once your order is received, an approval email will be sent detailing your shipping charges. Shipping charges must be approved before orders will be processed. To ensure that your order ships the same day, we must receive your order by 2 PM Eastern Time and your approval in writing must be received by 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • We ask that you be sure to include a valid daytime email address when ordering.

    "Ships From Manufacturer"

  • "Ships from manufacturer": Some items may ship directly to you from the manufacturer. When ordering a "Ships from manufacturer" product, the "Ships from manufacturer" note will be indicated on the product page(s).
  • "Ships from manufacturer" products cannot be shipped via expedited service.
  • Tracking from the manufacturer will be provided as soon as it is available.

    "Usually Ships Same Day"

  • "Usually Ships Same Day" applies to any order received by 2 PM ET Monday-Friday (excludes holidays). Qualifying orders would include in stock items only. If an item is not in stock you will be emailed with the availability.

    How Long Will My Shipment Take To Reach Me?

  • Please refer to our time in transit map to estimate Ground Shipping transit time. Transit Time is in business days (excludes Holidays). This applies to orders shipping within the lower 48 U.S. States only. This does not include any "Ships From Manufacturer", Special Order or out of stock merchandise.

    Back Order Policy

  • Although we try our best to keep all of our products in stock, occasionally an item will not be available when an order is placed. Most backorders are filled and shipped within approximately 2-3 weeks. At times, there may be a manufacturer delay on a certain product. When this happens we will add specific information on a product page (for example: Available Mid to Late December 2011). We will accept your order for this "out of stock" item to hold one for you at the price you see at the time of your order. The item will be charged and shipped as soon as it arrives to us and tracking will be provided to you.

    International Shipping

  • We do not ship internationally, other than Canada, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. (See How Do We Ship?)

    Free and Flat Rate Shipping Policy

  • "Free and Flat Rate Shipping Policy" applies to select items using Ground Shipping Service within the Contiguous 48 States only. Free Ground Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping offers do not apply to any item/order shipping to: PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam).
  • Flat Rate Shipping will be noted on the product page. Flat Rate Shipping is applied to select items and these items do not qualify for Free Ground Shipping.
  • Free and Flat Rate Shipping specials do not apply to Institutional and bulk orders.

    I Saved My Cart With Free Shipping But Now The Shipping Cost Has Changed?

  • For any orders that are placed using our Saved Shopping Cart feature, special Free and Flat Rate Shipping offers will apply only during the promotional time period. If orders are placed after our promotion ends, the special offer will not be valid.

    FedEx Home Signature Option

  • Selecting "Require FedEx Residential Delivery Signature" option means that FedEx will not leave packages at your door without a signature from an adult individual at your address. "Require FedEx Residential Delivery Signature" should be chosen based on your convenience and judgment regarding packages left at your door, since BabyCatalog.com is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise after delivery is shown by carrier.
  • FedEx may require a signature for delivery even if you do not choose this option. If you have a FedEx Signature Release on file, choosing this option will not override it (contact FedEx at 1-800-GOFEDEX for more information).
  • If the signature option is chosen, FedEx will make three attempts to deliver the package. They will leave a notice on your door if you are unavailable. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us and it will be considered a refused package.

    Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

  • BabyCatalog.com assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of such fees will be applied to the customer credit card used on the original order.
  • We reserve the right to charge the customer any costs incurred in changing the shipping address on an order after the package is in transit. A minimum fee of $10.00 will be charged for address corrections.

    Refused Shipment

  • If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Shipping charges incurred due to refusal will be applied to any refund, even if the order is placed during a "free shipping" or other special promotion. This policy does not apply to any merchandise that is received defective or damaged.

    Items Damaged In Transit

  • In the event an item is damaged, we will replace the item for you and pick up the damaged item at no charge to you.
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • If no replacement is wanted, the item will be considered a regular return. See our Return Policy.
