In addition to great savings, you receive three free Associate Memberships with your Primary Membership! Associate members can be anyone who is interested in purchasing items for you or for themselves. You may designate your Associates at any time after purchasing your membership. Please note that Associate Memberships added will last for as long as your membership is valid. During the time that your membership is active, you will be allowed three associate member sign-ups. Once your associates have been added, we are unable to change, remove or add other associates to your account. However, if you choose to renew your membership after your year or three years, you can then assign new associate members to your account.
Your Associate Members will receive our catalog through one of our regular mailings and they will receive the 10% member discount on all of their applicable
purchases. Other than Gift Registry Purchases, Associate Members are the only customers who can use your member discount for their own purchases.
To designate your Associate Members, send us their names, addresses, phone numbers, email address (optional), and relationship to your baby. You can fax, mail,
or e-mail this information. To safeguard the value of your Associate Memberships, we cannot accept this information over the phone.
If you have a Baby Registry on file with us, anyone purchasing items from your registry will also receive your 10% discount up to 30 days after
your baby is born!
Note: Baby Club Memberships and Online Personal Accounts are two separate features.
- We will not automatically create a personal account for you once you become a Baby Club Member. You can create your online personal account by following the instructions provided at the checkout, next time you place an online order.
- Your Baby Club Member status is NOT stored with your online personal account. If you decide to become a member, or if your membership expires, you can still use your Personal Account and all your online orders will reflect the correct pricing and totals - just check the appropriate box on the order form where it asks "Are you a Baby Club Member?".
Please note that Primary Member benefits may change from time-to-time at our discretion. In rare cases, a product may be offered at a special
price that is excluded from additional discounting for Members.
Certain manufacturers prohibit us from allowing our Baby Club Discount on
their products. Please review all information on the product page(s) to
determine if the discount is applicable to the item.
